Hyderabad Jan 24 (PMI): The Six (6) accused persons namely A1. S Raghupaty hi @ Raghu, A2. Vadde Raju, A3. Vadde Murugesh, A4. Vadde @ Dhindi Ravi, A5. Vadde Narsimha, A6. Vadde @ Vakra Chinna baba all are Resident of Jadcharla convicted with 7 years Rigorous Imprisonment. A case was registered by PS Shadnagar under supervision of Sri. N. Prakash Reddy, DCP, Shamshabad and Court Monitoring Cell Cyberabad Commissionerate.
The accused persons on 14 November 2018 namely Sadingula Raghupathi @ Raghu S/O Perumaallu, resident of Indiranagar, Jadcherla at 2300 HRS along with other accused persons namely Vadde Raju, Vadde Murugesh, Vadde Ravi, Vadde Narsimha and Vadde Chinna Baba were illegally entered lock-out Amith Cber 2018 Cotton Mills Company at Bhurgual Village with cutter and other equipment for committing theft of wires, mean time guard security Anjith and Bikash tried to catch them, the offenders beat the security guards with iron rods both security guards were sustained bleeding injuries. On 15.11.2018 and 28.11.2018 the accused were arrested and sent judicial remand.
In this case I.O Sri. A. Sridhar Kumar, Inspector of Police, after completion of investigation filed charge sheet in the Hobn’ble Asst. Sessions Court Shadnagar. During the trial i.e. on 23.01.2020 the Hon’ble Asst. Session Judge Smt. J. Kavitha convicted the accused persons with 7 year Rigorous Imprisonment.
