Vijayawada, : Former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said the “exodus” of TDP leaders towards BJP would continue in the days to come. He also hoped all the TSP leaders would join the BJP.
Addressing party workers at a meeting as part of ongoing party membership drive, Chouhan said their goal was to bring the BJP to power in the State in the next Assembly elections. He said his party had emerged as the single largest party in the recent MP elections by winning 303 seats.
Targeting the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Shivraj ridiculed that the Congress leader ran away from the ballot field without playing the game. He made it clear that the rule of family-based parties have come to an end in the country and the States. He said they have focused on membership drive to strengthen it.
