Sharmila should be AP politics:VH Hanumantha Rao

Hyderabad, June 24 (PMI): Senior Congress leader VH Hanumantha Rao today made critical remarks against YSRCP founder president YS Sharmila. He was speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan. Commenting on the merger of Sharmila’s YSRTP with the congress party. He said that he was not aware of any such proposal . VH said that it was better for Sharmila to stay in AP state than in Telangana. He said that nobody was leaving the Congress party and added that the congress party wave had started in the state  and added that all people were talking about the congress party everywhere . He said that the congress party was also supporting their party as it is a secular party.

Targeting CM KCR, he alleged that the CM had come up with BC bandhu scheme by keeping in view of the upcoming assembly elections and added that KCR was planning to secure their votes by giving them ₹1 lakh as financial assistance.

Commenting on the meeting of all opposition political parties in Patna city of Bihar , he said that he was welcoming the meeting  and added that another meeting under the leadership of their party president Mallikarjuna Kharge would be held at Shimla very soon. VH said that all opposition parties should come together to stop prime minister narendra Modi from coming into power again. (PMI)
