Hyderabad Sep 30 (PMI): Today a video clip of Mr. Mujtaba Moosvi regarding CRP Civil Revision Petition filed in Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telangana is being viral on social media platforms. This is necessary to bring in the kind notice of the people of Shia Community as well as mourners of Imam-e-Hussaina.s and Azadar to know the facts that self-styled self-proclaimed unlawful president of MAMG Mr. Mujtaba Moosvi @ Mujju and his Office bearers are habitual to wrongly interpret the Orders of Hon’ble Courts. Previously also they have wrongly interpreted the order passed by the IIIrd Additional Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad and now they are misleading Shia community people regarding the proceedings of the Hon’ble High Court in CRP No 2105 of 2022, said Syed Najaf Ali Shoukat.
Self-Styled Self-Proclaimed unlawful MAMG president Mujtaba Moosvi @ Mujju passed wrong information to Azadar-e-Imam Hussaina.s in respect of CRP No 2105 of 2022 on 30-09-2022 through an interview on News14 on YouTube which has been viral today on Social Media stating that the Hon’ble High Court did not declined to pass any favorable Order but their CRP was admitted, while CRP is posted on 04-11-2022 purpose for Admission. In fact Mr Mushtaq Hussain @ Chotu filed a CRP in Hon’ble High Court for the state of Telangana and sought stay of operation of the dismissal Order of the IIIrd Additional Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad dated 29-11-2021 in I. A. No. 158 of 2021 in O.OP. No 10 of 2021. The learned Judge after hearing the Counsel for the Petitioner refused to intervene and grant any Order in favor of the Self-proclaimed individuals and posted the matter to 04-11-2022 for notice to the respondents purpose for ADMISSION. The self-styled self- proclaimed unlawful vice president Mushtaq Hussain @ Chotu filed CRP was not admitted on 28-09-2022 it is posted on 04-11-2022 as purpose for ADMISSION. The wrong information being passed by Self-styled Self Proclaimed unlawful President of MAMG Mr Mujtaba Moosvi @ Mujju may lead to Contempt of Court. (Press Media of India)
