Secunderabad rail station will be developed on global standards: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy

Hyderabad, April 8 (PMI): Union Minister for tourism & culture G. Kishan Reddy today said Union government would develop Secunderabad railway station on international standards. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the 14th  Vande Bharat express being run between Secunderabad and Tirupati stations in order to allow devotees of Sri Venkateswara Swami at Tirupathi to have his darshan.

Addressing at public meeting held at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad, he said the PM also laid foundation stone for construction of National Highways at an estimated cost of Rs 7,864 crore. Stating that they are linking all the 32 districts of the State with the NHs, Kishan Reddy said the PM was developing all the places of the country without showing any discrimination. He said they were building the new building complex of Bibinaar AIIMS at a cost of Rs 1350 crore and added that the objective of the PM was to develop the country all round. He made it clear that the PM would treat all the places in the country equally and added that the PM had given more than Rs 1 lakh crore for construction of the National Highways in Telangana. He urged the people to extend their support to PM Modi. (PMI)
