SC to hear Ayodhya case for an hour more from next Monday

The Supreme Court today decided to hear the Ram Janmabhoomi Babri Masjid dispute case for an extra hour from next Monday to conclude the hearing before the 18th October deadline fixed by the court.

A five Judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi told the counsels representing Hindu and Muslim parties that it has decided to extend the time by one hour and the court will rise at 5 PM instead of 4 PM. The bench comprises Justices S.A. Bobde, D.Y. Chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan and S.A Nazeer. The apex court has set 18th October deadline for completion of all arguments in the Ram Janmabhoomi Babri Masjid dispute case.
