FACTS OF THE CASE:
The brief facts of the case are that on 03-12-2022 at 08:30 hours, received complaint from Sri Kassetti Venkata Satya Narayana s/o Buchi Nageshwar Rao age: 48 yrs, occ: Business r/o Plot no c/214, Green Park Colony, Road no 19, Saidabad, Hyderabad, in which he stated that on 03-12-2022 at 01:00 hours he along with his nephew A Venkata Sai Prasad went to buy alcohol in singareni colony on his two-wheeler (TS 07 GF 4330). They saw two persons standing so they approached them asking for alcohol for which they took Rs 200/- from them and one person took his nephew into huts. Then he went to a distance and waiting meantime another person came and told to the complainant if you stand on main road police will come and catch you and also, he said to stand at the adjacent lane. Then the complainant went to lane then one person came from the lane and held the complainant tightly without moving then another person came from back side and took Rs.5000/- and snatched the gold chain of 10 grams from the complainant Neck and run away.
During the course of investigation of the case with the help of East Zone Task Force arrested/apprehended the accused along with two JCWLs and recovered One Gold Chain of Weight 14 Grams, one Passion Pro bearing no. TS12 ED 3726 and net cash of Rs.1000/-.
The arrest/apprehension of the accused person and juveniles was made under the supervision of Sri. P. Srinavas Reddy, Addl DCP, East Zone, Hyderabad City by Sri. K.Subbarami Reddy, Inspector of Police, PS Saidabad, Sri B.Chandra Mohan, Addl. Inspector of Police, Sri Ch.Ravi, Sub-Inspector and Crime Staff of PS Saidabad. Sri Sunil Dutt, IPS, DCP, East Zone appreciated the good work done by the crime staff of PS Saidabad.
