Hyderabad, June 19 (PMI): The birthday celebration of Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi was held across the state today. Sangareddy MLA T. Jayaprakash Reddy held the birthday celebrations in a grand manner. He handed over 30 wheel chairs to the handicapped of Sangareddy on the occasion.
The MLA also held free food distribution program at the district hospital. The DCC president of Sangareddy Nirmala and youth congress leader Jaya Reddy also took part in the celebrations . Reddy handed over monetary help to two orphans on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Jagga Reddy said that they would distribute the wheelchairs to all the handicapped from his constituency. He said that t he congress party would stand by the people of the state irrespective of the fact whether it is in power or not. He said that the party would come into power in the state and at the Center under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
On the other hand veteran congress leader VH also held the birthday celebrations of Rahul Gandhi. He handed over monetary help to the wife of corona victim Ganesh, who had succumbed to the virus recently. (PMI)
