Hyderabad, Alleging that the encounter at Chattisgarh-Telangana border was a fake one, People’s Union of Civil Liberties (PUCL) leaders Laxman and Narayana Rao found fault with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for saying during separate Telangana movement that there would be no encounters if separate Telangana State was created, but killed 30 Maoists after he assumed office.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, PUCL leaders demanded that the State government preserve Maoists’ bodies in Hyderabad and conduct postmortem with forensic experts and doctors.
