Hyderabad, Feb.2 (PMI): As per the instructions and guidance by the Director General of Police, to improve quality of investigation for securing convictions, Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat has strengthened, developed an effective system of monitoring, brain storming sessions and conducting classes by the Court duty officers to all stakeholders in all Police Stations to get more convictions with the collaboration of public prosecutors.
During the months of December 2018 & January-2019 total 78 accused persons were convicted in 44 cases. Among them, in three cases secured convictions for Life Imprisonment and two cases were convicted for six years RI and five years RI in Rachakonda Commissionerate.(PMI)
