Hyderabad’Dec 12’2022 (PMI) Sri C.V.Anand, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City issued preventive detention order under the Act No.1 of 1986 (P.D. Act) against Priteesh Narayan Borkar @ Babu @ Khali, s/o late Narayan Borkar, aged about 36 years, r/o H.No.807, St. Anthony Prais Waddo, Anjuna Bardez, Goa, a Drug Peddler from Goa State and Drug Offender of Osmania University Police Station,on 9.12.2022.
The detenu Priteesh Narayan Borkar @ Babu @ Khali, s/o late Narayan Borkar has been habitually peddling “narcotic drugs” in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate in Goa State and other cities.
The detenu Priteesh Narayan Borkar @ Babu @ Khaliis an inter-State drug peddler from Gao state, He is having more than 600 consumers in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Goa states. He developed his network In Telangana State and having more than 170 consumers from Hyderabad city.
The detenu Priteesh Narayan Borkar was earlier arrested by in Cr. No. 201/2022 U/s 8(c) r/w sec 27 (b) of NDPS Act 1985, of PS Lalaguda, of Hyd, city.
Osmania University Police made strenuous efforts and arrested the detenu Priteesh Narayan Borkar @ Babu @ Khali, s/o late Narayan Borkaron 16.8.2022 in Cr.No.374/2022 of Osmania University Police Station and remanded him to judicial custody. The preventive detention order was executed on him on 11.12.2022 and he was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.(Press media of india)
