Adarsh Singh s/o M.Gopal Singh, aged about 27 years, r/o H.No.14-1-51/3, Mangalhat market, Hyderabad has committed an offence of peddling of ‘ganja’, a narcotic drug in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate vide Cr.No.89/2021 u/s 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (C) of NDPS Act, 1985 of Mangalhat PS, Hyderabad. His illegal and highly dangerous activities in peddling ‘ganja’ among the innocent people in Hyderabad City have been endangering the lives of youth and innocent people, causing irreparable damage to their body organs, including the central nervous system, thereby crippling the mental and physical health of the people addicted to drugs.
Mangalhat Police arrested the detenuAdarsh Singh on24.4.2021 while peddling “ganja” in Cr.No.89/2021 u/s 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) ii (C) of NDPS Act, 1985 of Mangalhat of Police Station. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on 29.11.2021 and he was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.(Press Media Of india)
