Hyderabad, Paytm Mall has announced a 13- day Shopping Festival from the January 5 to 17 in the city.
The company is on a mission to become technology partner of trusted local shops and brand authorized stores, enabling them to set up stores online. This has increased the earning potential of retailers and leads to new employment opportunities, while retaining the trust and convenience associated with online shopping. It has also enabled thousands of local shops with QR codes, increasing their reach and marketing opportunities.
Hyderabad is one of the key markets for Paytm Mall, and the company has allocated 50 Cr in marketing, cashback and promotional spends as it works jointly with over 1,000 of Hyderabad’s top brand stores such as Lenovo, Suzuki, Honda, Baggit, Timex, Fossil, Peter England, Samsung, Flying Machine, Big Bazaar andlocal retail chains such as Bajaj Electronics, Centro, Kalamandir, Chandana Brothers, Neerus. It has also partnered with Forum Sujana Mall to host a wide range of products at attractive prices.
The sale will offer Appliances, Smartphones and Fashion including Apparel, Footwear and Accessories at up to 80% discount and up to 100% cashback. Additionally, the platform will offer free shopping vouchers, lucky gifts and free tickets to the Paytm Mall Hyderabad Carnival featuring Raftaar. It will also give away Suzuki Gixxer motorcycles to lucky winners every day.
The company will double down on its Online-to-Offline (O2O) model, as most of the top retailers and local brands in Hyderabad will now sell on its platform. A consumer can either shop products from Paytm Mall, which will then be serviced by the nearest brand-authorized store or local retail chain, or walk into these stores to avail similar offers. They can also shop at any of the 90 Paytm Mall offline stalls across 20 locations spread across colleges, malls and other outdoor locations. This will drive increased sales for Paytm Mall’s partnered retailers ahead of Sankranti, the biggest shopping season in Hyderabad.It will also lead to shorter delivery timelines for all sale orders.
