Hyderabad ’08 June (PMI) As part of Telangana state birth decade celebrations today, 7th June at Cyberabad Police Commissionerate under the direction of Cyberabad CP Mr. Stephen Ravindra, IPS., (W&CSW) Women and Child & Safety Wing DCP Ms. Nithika Pant, IPS., under the direction of various colleges. An open house visit was arranged for the students.
On this occasion, DCP Mrs. Nitika Pant, IPS., said that 110 female students of various colleges were made aware as part of the open house visit.
The women students of the colleges were shown the Women Police Station, Shi Team Police Station and Bharosa Kendra and explained their importance.
He said that awareness has been created on topics like women safety, women security, cyber safety and child safety.
He said that through audio & video visuals, the understanding has been created in an easy to understand manner.
Women and Child & Safety Wing DCP Sri Nithika Pant, IPS., Women and Child & Safety Wing Inspector Venkatesham, Inspector Venumadhav, Women Police Station Inspector Sunitha and other police personnel participated in the programme(.PMI)
