Hyderabad, May 6 (PMI): Followed by instructions from the TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandraekhar Rao the TRS party observers are reportedly held a meeting with local leaders and those winners in the recently held polls for ULBs.
The observers informed the Corporators, Councilors who won the polls to follow directions of the TRS boss and the chief minister on appointment of chairperson, deputies, mayors and deputies to be elected on May 7.
These seats of mayors and chairperson will be elected as per election commission guidelines following Corona protocols. The observers have told that the party chief has finalised the names for the posts of Mayors, deputy mayors and Chairmen and deputy chairpersons to several municipalities and corporations.
The TRS won a few days ago these ULBs with huge margin and the winners to take oath on May 7. After victory in all ULBs of 2 corporations and five municipalities KCR instructed the observers to follow Corona protocols in the process of indirect polling or election of mayors, deputies and chairpersons and chairmen as per process.
The TRS boss and the chief minister decision is final in selecting winners to these respective posts of the mayors, chairmen and their deputies.
The sealed cover details are sent to the ULBs and will be followed by the TRS leaders and winners in the polls. The decision of the TRS boss is final with these sealed covers which will open the details as directed. (PMI)
