Hyderabad, Dec.29 (PMI): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today stated that he is not
in a hurry to take up the cabinet expansion. When the media
sought about the cabinet expansion in January first week or by Dec
end, he said that there is no hurry for that.
The Assembly is in place
and the MLAs are in power not caretaking leaders including myself, he said.
Speaking to media he said that the cabinet will have new faces and also some
earlier ones. The TRS won the maximum seats in the Assembly polls and
lost a few due to clashes among our own leaders in Khammam and
elsewhere, he clarified. The cabinet will sure have old leaders who
performed well and those who failed to perform will not get berths, he said.
The chief minister also said that the new MLAs will also be accommodated in the
cabinet and nominated posts.(PMI)
