Hyderabad Aug 2 (PMI): Two persons were found in suspicious conditions infront of Sitara Hotel Vijaywada Bus Stop, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad and were held by L.B. sNagar Police for carrying drugs. Sangeetha and John Okorie (Nigerian national) were apprehended in the evening on 23.07.2017 infront of Sitara Hotel Vijaywada Bus Stop,L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad and seized 3 packets of cocaine and one LG mobile phone from the possession of Sangeetha, and two packets of Ganja, one HP laptop, one Samsung mobile phone and one Techno mobile phone from the possession of John Okorie. During interrogation they have revealed names of other gang members involved in this racket namely Ojuku Cosmos, Okereke Cyril, Joan Paul One ybuchi and Ogunka Henry Okechukwu and were apprehended on the same day. All the accused were involved in procuring and supplying of Narcotic drugs and Ganja to various customers in the city. They were produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial custody. The LB Nagar Police got the custody of some accused on 28.07.2017 for further investigation. During the course of investigation, Ojuku Cosmos shared the names of their customers who they supplied drugs. The notices were issued to all the customers by the LB Nagar Police to appear in Police station for investigation. All the drug users turned up to Police Station where their detailed statements were recorded in which they have confessed of using drugs for the past two-to-three months. After their willingness, they were sent to Forensic Department of Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad for collection of blood, hair and nail sample. After obtaining the FSL report actions will be taken against all drug users as per law. (Press Media of India)
