Hyderabad, Banks across the nation will observe one-day strike on August 22 in protest against reforms and unresolved problems.
The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has stated it will conduct nationwide strike against the reforms and seek solution for employees’ problems. All India Bank Employees Association general secretary Ch Venkata Chalam said they have already served a strike notice and conduct protest at all the banks in the country. “We have appealed to Indian bank associations to address the issues of salaries and others”, he added.
