Modi exudes confidence of double engine Sarkar in Telangana

  Hyderabad, July 3 (press media of india): Prime Minister Narendra Modi exuded confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party would come to power in Telangana and the State would be witnessed a double engine growth soon.

Addressing a public meeting at Parade Grounds here on Sunday, the Prime Minister said the people of Telangana  had shown in an immense faith in the BJP during the Greater Hyderabad and other elections, indicating that they are strongly willing a double engine growth  in Telangana.

Narendra Modi, who finished his entire speech without naming the TRS party and without leveling remarks against KCR government, mainly focused on what his government has done to Telangana during the last eight years and other development proposals that are going to be taken up in the State in the days to come.

The Prime Minister said the union government has decided to establish seven mega textile parks across the country, in which one has been sanctioned to Telangana.

Narendra Modi also informed that the union government is planning to develop a science City in Hyderabad and to set up medical science centres in Telangana.

Disclosing other development works that were taken up in Telangana, Modi said his government has expanded the area of National Highways upto 5,000 kilometres, reopened Ramagundam factory, sanctioned Regional Ring Road around the capital city and spent Rs.1500 crores for the construction of flyovers and elevated corridors in Hyderabad.

Recently a report showed that women’s share in depositing money in banks has increased. It’s even better in rural areas. Survey says that women’s participation in having economic assets on their names has risen. It became possible as we connected them to banking system,” Modi said.

On Saturday, KCR had demanded that the PM answers his questions on matters including price rise, fall of rupee value, and mandatory coal imports. However, in a tactical move, the Prime Minister made no mention of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) or Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. (PMI)
