Hyderabad, April 25 (PMI): City Mayor Gadwal Vijaya Lakshmi today said the TRS government was striving to lend a helping hand to the poor Muslim brethren to celebrate their biggest festival holy Ramzan.
Mayor Vijaya Lakshmi, along with Uppal MLA Bethi Subhash Reddy distributed Ramzan gifts to the poor Muslim brethren. Speaking on the occasion, the Mayor said after the formation of separate Telangana State, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who respects all religions, wants all the poor people to celebrate their festivals happily with their family members. On the happy occasion, the Mayor distributed festival gifts to all poor Muslim families in Jubilee Hills, Amberpet, Indira Nagar and other areas. (PMI)
