Hyderabad, Terming IT Minister KT Ramarao’s criticism against Congress in connection with power sector in the State as ‘Uttara Kumar’ outburst, TPCC vice-president Mallu Ravi today alleged that KTR lost his mental equilibrium when Congress leader A Revanth Reddy cited irregularities in power purchase deals and power generation in the State.
In a statement here today, Mallu Ravi said KTR’s criticism against Revanth Reddy that the latter ate jail food shows his ignorance. He said KTR was trying to sidetrack the issue of irregularities in power sector with his charge that Revanth Reddy has no proof. Ravi said the TRS leaders were in shock as Revanth Reddy accepted the challenge thrown by Peddapally MP Balka Suman for open debate on power sector. He demanded that the TRS leaders come for open debate on power sector if they were sincere.
