Hyderabad Jun 20 (PMI):TRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao and Telangana CM KCR have been saying their government is for people and will work them whereas for a long time TRS Women Committee (Mahila Mandli) Town President Smt. Shakuntala with the support of local MLA Sri. M. Hanumanth Rao trying to grab land of late Maharaja Kishen Pershad the then Prime Minister of HEH Nizam Government Hyderabad Deccan. The President of Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandali Smt Shakuntala Naidu is a declared land grabber in a LGC Case NO 68 of 1998 filed by a resident of Alwal Smt Yashodha Bai w/o Rajeshwar. Smt Shakuntala Naidu who is also the President of Town TRS Women committee has grabbed land around 150 SQ yards long back which belonged to Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher the Grandfather of the Samrat Saincher Nag.
Mahila Mandali President Town TRS Women Committee still trying to grab 420 SQ yards land in Alwal belonging to Sri Samrat Saincher Nag grandson of Late Sri Raja Prem Gopal Saincher with the support of local MLA Sri M. Hanumanth Rao even after being declared land grabbed by Land Grabbing Court and when they challenged LGC judgement in Hon’ble High court the same was up held by Hon’ble High court and writ petition of Sri Venkatehwara Mahila Mandli was dismissed. Late Raja Prem Gopal sold a piece of land 100 SQ yards to one Smt Yashodha Bai, when Smt Yashodha Bai started construction work the then President of Sri Vekateshwars Mahila Mandali Smt Prabha Devi and General Secretary Smt Shakuntala Naidu (currently president) tried to grab the land of Yashodha Bai and more 300 to 400 open land which is a portion of large extent of land Ac 3. 20 gts abutting to Maha Raja Kishan Pershad Dewdi at Temple Alwal, Alwal which belonged to Late Sri Raja Prem Gopal Saincher grandson of Late Sir Maha Raja Kishan Pershad the then Prime Minister of HEH Nizam Government of Hyderabad Deccan.
Sri Venkateshwara Mahila Mandli has been claiming the land and propagating that they have been defending the land from encroachment but the fact is opposite to what they are claiming. After demise Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher, his wife and daughter became the absolute owners of his properties and the 420 Sq yards land which Mahila Mandli is claiming without any documents or proof is a part of the property of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher. Since the time of death of Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher, Mahila Mandli with the support of local MLA Sri. M. Hanumath Rao has been harassing Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher wife and daughter both who are widows aged 76 years and 50 years respectively. In fact his wife and daughter have been protecting the land from encroachment and land grabbers for a long time.
Regarding the existence of toilets and bore well at the Land abutting to Eastern side of dewdi, Late Raja Prem Gopal build toilets for their servants who resided in the Out houses of Dewdi and later Late Raja Saab dismantled the Dewdi, out houses and toilets in the year 1970 and converted it in to 52 plots of different sizes and sold to individual persons by approved plan. Pointing to the toilets they also claim this land belongs to government and such land can be used for serving the people. 
By virtue of Decree and Judgment passed in O. S. No 121 of 1976 by Chief Judge City Civil Court Hyderabad filed by Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher against the then Dy. Commissioner of Endowment, A decree and judgment was passed in favor of Late Raja Prem Gopal Sicncher stating that Petition Schedule property (Dewdi and Ac 3. 20 gts vacant Land) exclusively belongs to Sri Raja Prem Gopal Sainche said GPA holder of Samrat Saincher Nag and also in the year 2016 when GPA holder was cleaning Land the staff of GHMC Alwal Circle 16 (New C-27) interfered in the land without any right Title over the Land, then GPA holder approached High Court and filed a Writ Petition against GHMC and the Hon’ble Judge passed an Order “Interference with the subject property, if warranted, shall be strictly in accordance with the due procedure laid down by Law”.
The Malkajgiri MLA and his supporters may not be aware of the gramakantam lands that there is an order in a Writ Petition that gramakantam lands are not the government lands. In the light of decree and judgement passed in O.S. No. 121 of 1976 GPA holder approached MRO Malkajgiri Mandal (Newly formed Alwal Mandal) to conduct the survey of the vacant land abutting to dewdi admeasuring AC 3.20 gts. The MRO Mandal Surveyor conducted the survey and MRO issued a memo with land sketch on 2013 and identified the land mentioned in the suit scheduled property where it was cleared that the gramakantham land abutting to dewdi belongs to Late Raja Prem Gopal Saincher.
