Hyderabad, 18 Oct 2023 ( PMI ): Model Code of Conduct came into effect from 09-10-2023 in connection with TSLA General Elections-2023, going to held on 30-11-2023. As per the guidelines of Election Commission of India and State Election Commission, formed mobile parties of Local Police to curb illegal transportation of money (cash, precious metals), liquor, freebees etc., In view of TSLA General Elections-2023, on 17-10-2023 at 1800 hours, Police Mahankali staff organized vehicle checking near Swapnalok Complex, SD Road under the limits of Mahankali Police Station. During the above vehicle checking, Police Mahankali seized following precious metal of Gold.

The above precious metal i.e., Gold Biscuits seized from Sri Kummari Srikanth, s/o K.Ramulu, aged: 27 years, occ: Worker in Sahasra Jewellery shop, Nirmal, r/o H.No.5-6-45, Buddavaripet, Nirmal, Nirmal District.
On enquiry it is revealed that, as per the instructions of Mr Rajashekar Raju who is owner of Sahasra Jewellry, Nirmal and Sri Arun who is owner of Siddi Vinayaka Jewellery shop of Adilabad, he came to Hyderabad and took 9 gold biscuits from Caps Gold, R.P.Road and 11 gold biscuits from M.Rajender Kumar Jewellery Shop at General Bazar and moving in suspicion nature.
Detail enquiry is under progress to find out sources for securing liquid cash for above Gold Biscuits and also verifying IT Returns in this regard. After detail enquiry, intimate to the Returning Officer, 62-Sanath Nagar Constituency for taking appropriate action in this extent. ( Press media of india )
