Even though the Congress government announced that they will examine the LRS applications and do land regularization, the officials are neglecting the examination of the applications. 1.43 lakh applications have been received across Medchal-Malkajigiri district.
It is known that only 16 thousand 200 applications have been examined since the start of examination of applications out of 1 lakh 43 thousand applications received. It is known that the examination of the applications is not progressing due to the fact that the higher level officials are not paying attention to the examination of the LRS applications.
Applicants do not understand what to do due to lack of awareness to re-submit the certificates which are not in the applications given by the applicants. The applicants are alleging that the helpline number established in the municipalities, district collectorate and MPDO offices of the district has only been set up.(PMI)
