Hyderabad, Oct. 26(PMI) Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K. T. Rama Rao has termed the upcoming Jubilee Hills byelection as a contest between “ten years of BRS-led development and two years of Congress deceit.”
Addressing residents of the Reliance Jubilee Community in Shaikhpet division on Sunday, Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on the Congress government, accusing it of betraying every section of society and running Telangana with a “bulldozer mindset.”
He said the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government had failed miserably on all fronts, including governance, welfare, and social justice. “The Congress has not fulfilled a single promise. Every section — farmers, youth, and the poor — feels cheated,” he said.
KTR urged the people of Jubilee Hills to exercise their vote after comparing the BRS’s decade-long record of progress with what he called the Congress’s two years of misrule. He highlighted the welfare schemes, irrigation projects, and industrial growth achieved under the BRS regime, which, he claimed, had made Telangana a model state.
“The Revanth Reddy government has undone years of hard-earned progress and replaced it with chaos and discontent,” KTR alleged, appealing to voters to support the BRS candidate to ensure continuity of development and stability.
He added that the bypoll would serve as a people’s verdict on “performance versus betrayal.(pressmediaofindia.com)
