Kodandaram calls on RTC leader Ashwathama in OGH

Hyderabad, Nov.18 (PMI): TJS president Kodandaram today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was fearing to resolve the RTC strike which reached 45th day on Monday. He visited Osmania General Hospital and inquired about the health condition of RTC JAC leader Ashwathama Reddy.

Later, Kodandaram said the health of JAC leaders was deteriorating. The doctors were giving saline to those having BP and sugar problems, he said. The doctors were also insisting on food lest health of fasting leaders deteriorate further, Kodandaram said. He also said Sadak Bandh will be held on November 19 to press the government for talks, he added.

Though the High Court was asking the government to solve the crisis, the Chief Minister was reluctant to call JAC leaders for talks, he said, adding that the officials were giving wrong reports to the court on the RTC strike. At least now the KCR government should resolve the issue.
