Hyderabad, Slamming the talk of TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, BJP floor leader in Assembly G Kishan Reddy reminded the former that had the BJP did not support AP Reorgnization Bill, Telangana State would not have come into being.
Speaking to media here today, Kishan Reddy said without BJP, even 1000 KCRs would not have achieved Telangana State. BJP leader Sushma Swaraj had strongly defended the bill in Parliament and BJP cadre actively participated in Telangana movement, he said, adding that even cases against BJP leaders were still pending in Delhi.
Kishan Reddy alleged that KCR was not recognizing supreme sacrifices of 1,200 people who laid down their lives for separate State. He reminded that KCR did not participate in the “Million March” and it was Prof. Kodandaram, who led the movement when the movement was weakened due to KCR’s “arrogance”, he added.
Without taking names, Kishan Reddy alleged that money and liquor was freely used in Singareni Collieries for winning the elections.
