Nizamabad Telangana JAC chairman Prof M Kodandaram today alleged that the education sector was in the shambles as Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao remained indifferent to the problems of education sector.
Kodandaram asked the Chief Minister as to why he borrowed one lakh crore loan when the State was rich as claimed by the latter. He pulled up the State government for not filling over two lakh vacant posts in the State.
