Hyderabad, Aug.16 (PMI): Union minister for tourism & culture G. Kishan Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was insulting Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan again and again. He also alleged that the Chief Minister was making degrading comments against the Governor.
Stating that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will remain in power today and may lose power tomorrow, Reddy said the constitutional posts were permanent in a democratic country. He advised the Chief Minister to respect the constitutional posts of the country.
Commenting on the upcoming by-election in Munugodu Assembly constituency, Reddy exuded confidence that the BJP would not only win the by-election, but also would win all the elections held in the State in future. He alleged that false cases were being filed against BJP leaders and workers in Munugodu by the State government and its police. He said his party leaders and workers were being harassed by the State government after filing false cases. Kishan Reddy claimed that KCR was frustrated as he was not able to make his son KTR as next Chief Minister.
Speaking to mediapersons after paying tributes to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the occasion of his death anniversary at the party headquarters, he asked the CM in what area he should be considered as role model by the people of the State. He asked the CM if there was no poverty in the State besides asking if the State did not have any problems.
Commenting on the attack of the ruling TRS party leaders against State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, he alleged that the attack took place due to the frustration and disappointment of the ruling party leaders. It may be noted here that the ruling TRS party activists and the BJP activists clashed with each other at Devaruppala mandal headquarters of Palakurthi Assembly constituency of Jangaon district on Monday during the ongoing Praja Sangrama padayatra of Bandi Sanjay Kumar.
