Hyderabad,  Stating that Army authorities have refused permission to observe 18^th annual Kargil Vijay Diwas (Remembering martyred Army personnel) at Secunderabad Parade Grounds on July 26, Telangana State Ex-servicemen Welfare Association founder-president Ammika Rangaiah Goud said they would organize the function at Pakistan War Tank installed at Tank Bund on Wednesday at 10,30 am.

            In a press note here, Rangaiah Goud has stated ministers, ex-servicemen, political leaders and elite of the city will participate in the function and pay floral tributes and remember martyred Army personnel.
