Israeli military has confirmed that it is carrying out attacks in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighborhood after following intelligence signaling the presence of “terrorists and terrorist infrastructure”.

A Palestinian woman has been injured by live ammunition shrapnel in an attack carried out by armed Israeli settlers on the village of Madama, south of Nablus, Palestinian security sources have told Wafa news agency.
According to the sources, the settlers launched an assault on the residents of Madama, firing live ammunition. They also physically assaulted another civilian during the attack.
Israeli forces also physically assaulted three civilians in the Fatayer neighborhood in Nablus causing injuries, security sources told Wafa.

The video shows heavy smoke and damage in their home. The footage has been verified by media.
Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth has quoted a brigadier general in the Israeli forces as saying that destroying Hamas’s ability to govern takes time, but the movement will remain.
He added that destroying Hamas’s tunnels is a complex operation that will last six months and requires a presence in the Philadelphi Corridor, a buffer zone that Egypt oversees from its side of the border.
Seven bodies have been recovered since the morning in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighbourhood following Israeli bombing, local media reported.
They added that two Palestinians were killed and five others were wounded when Israeli bombing targeted Palestinians near the Shujayea market.
