Special team to nab Ganjai don Neetubhai’ Irregularity is not tolerated.;Abkari ED VB Kamalasan Reddy IPS

 

Hyderabad, December 24 (PMI): Prohibition and Excise Enforcement Director VB Kamalasan Reddy responded to the allegations of corruption and irregularities against the Serilingampally Excise Police. Immediately, a special team was formed to investigate the allegations of corruption against the officials. The investigation team was directed to conduct an inquiry and submit a report within a week or ten days

ED Kamalasan Reddy said that action will be taken against officials and staff who commit irregularities based on the inquiry report. Apart from that, it has been revealed that special teams have been deployed to catch the ganja don Neetubhai. The Abkari Police have already registered 25 cases and the Law and Order Police have registered 7 more cases against Neetubai of Nanakramguda under Serilingampally, but as there was no change in the accused’s behavior, the PD Act was applied twice and she was sent to jail twice. .

The ED explained that illegal assets of Rs.25.13 lakhs from her family members Madhubai and Rs.91.21 lakhs from Gautam Singh have also been confiscated. It has been revealed that special excise teams will be set up locally in the areas of Nanakramguda and Serilingampally, where the IT corridor is located, to eradicate ganja completely. The ED has revealed that these teams will from now on carry out daily inspections with a special focus on crimes like ganja, drugs and non-duty paid liquor.(Pressmediaofindia.com
