Hyderabad’ 20’Dec: The target of New Year celebrations..TG NAB and Hyderabad City Police jointly arrested a smuggler who tried to bring MDMA drugs from Mumbai and sell them in the city . MDMA drugs worth Rs. 25 lakhs were seized from him. Two other smugglers are absconding. According to the police, Sheikh Amir alias Wasim Khan alias Habib from Balapur area became addicted to drugs. Later, with the help of those who supplied him with drugs, he introduced Mohammed Salim Abdul Ahmed Sheikh from Mumbai and became a drug supplier himself.

Amir, who often goes to Mumbai to buy drugs, used to meet major drug smugglers Mohammed Salim and Raeez Riaz Sheikh there. He would buy a gram of MDMA from them for Rs. 3000. He would secretly bring the goods to the city and sell them for Rs. 8000

In this sequence, the accused, who brought a large quantity of MDMA drugs from Mumbai to the city, was selling them to several customers in the Nampally area of ​​the city.. TG NAB and Nampally police jointly raided and arrested Amir. 320 grams of MDMA drugs worth about Rs. 25 lakhs were seized from him. It is learnt that the police are working to arrest the Mumbai smugglers based on Amir’s chain link.
