Hyderabad C P Sajjanar IPS’ Warn Bloggers Posting Immoral Interviews of Minors

Hyderabad, Oct 16 (Shoukat-PMI): The Hyderabad Police Commissioner has issued a stern warning to bloggers who post immoral interviews of minors on social media. He stated that sharing sensitive personal details of children under the pretext of interviews is highly unethical and illegal.

Commissioner V.C. Sajnar said that instead of broadcasting such content, creators should focus on material that benefits society. Exploiting children’s emotions or mental state violates their rights and can lead to strict legal action. Those posting such immoral interviews may face penalties under the POCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Act.

The Commissioner urged citizens to report any such content immediately through Helpline 1930 or the National Cyber Crime Portal at cybercrime.gov.in. He also advised parents to protect their children from unnecessary and inappropriate content and ensure a safe and healthy environment for their upbringing.

Following the Commissioner’s warning, several YouTubers have removed interviews of minors from social media platforms.(pressmediaofindia.com)
