HMDA develops software to check illegal building constructions

Hyderabad,  The HMDA is developing software to control illegal constructions under its jurisdiction. Today HMDA Commissioner T.Chiranjeevulu reviewed the software along with CPOs Srinivas, Narender, Vigilance DSP MF Rahman and CIO Subramaniam.

Presentation was done by K. Amarendra Reddy, CEO, Sreshta Tech Solutions. The Commissioner instructed them to facilitate for citizens to complain against unauthorized construction through online. There should be an option to know the status of their complaint. Case can be initiated based on news reports also.

            The complaints received will be verified by the concerned authorities by inspecting the site and uploading the images after conducting panchanama from site. Local authorities are also being updated about illegal construction activities in their area for necessary action. If any owner proceeds to court against the demolition, the system follows the case with appropriate documentation.  There will be strict vigilance on demolished properties not to reconstruct again.
