Hyderabad, Oct. 27 (PMI): With the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting heavy rains across Telangana, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to remain on high alert, particularly during the ongoing procurement of paddy, cotton, and maize.
