Hyderabad, Aug.23: The High Court today stayed operation of a G.O. issued by the State government on increasing management quota seats fees from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 25 lakh in super specialty medical PG courses.

Opposing the GO, the Health Care Reforms Association filed a petition in the High Court. Hearing the case, the Court faulted the State government for increasing the fees and imposed stayed the GO. The petitioner Association hailed the High Court for staying the impugned G.O.
