Hyderabad, Jan.2 (PMI): The Telangana High Court today
asked the State government to explain as to why it returned the application
submitted by Tollywood Actor Prabhas to regularize his land plot located in
Panmakta village under Rayadurg mandal of Ranga reddy district.
The
Court posed this question while dealing with the petition filed by the Actor
challenging the decision of the Revenue authorities to seize his guest house.
Responding to the question posed by the High Court, the Government Pleader
pleaded with the court to give time to file the details related to the
application made by the Actor. Accordingly, the court adjourned the matter to
