Hyderabad, Deploring Comprehensive Criminals Survey conducted by the Telangana State police recently, the High Court said anyone can approach the Court if anybody feels that the data collected by the police was being misused. Reacting to it, the Advocate General has informed that it will not conduct any such survey in future.
It may be mentioned here that one Hafeez filed a petition in the High Court alleging that there were some questions in troubled manner in Comprehensive Criminals Survey. After dealing with petition, Court directed the Telangana police to submit a counter. The police submitted counter on Monday.
While attending personally in the Court, DCP Avinash Mahanthi informed the Court that they were deleting the questions which were in objectionable manner. Court closed the case while satisfying with the police department answer.
