Hyderabad, The High Court today made it clear to HMDA Planning wing director Purushotham Reddy’s close associate Srinivas Reddy to cooperate with the investigating officials to conduct raids on his residence.
On Thursday, the Court has taken up trial on the petition filed by Srinivas Reddy alleging that the ACB officials were not allowing him to enter into his own house. The Court directed Srinivas Reddy to extend his cooperation with the ACB officials to conduct raids. The Court also directed Srinivas Reddy to attend before the ACB officials and allowed him to attend along with his lawyer if he wanted. The Court also suggested to the ACB officials to act under the purview of law.
On the other hand, Purushotham Reddy was still at large in regard to illegal assets case.
