Hyderabad, Jan.29 (PMI): In a significant development, the High Court today gave permission to Centre to take a decision on the pending issue of allotting Defense land of Byson Polo Grounds in Secunderabad for new Secretariat construction by the Telangana Government. The High Court issued orders in this regard. The State government has been urging the Centre to allot the land for the purpose and hence the court verdict. The Centre was likely to offer the Byson Polo Grounds land to the State government, which promised to give land to compensate its value. The court adjourned the case to February 12. The High Court also observed that both the Centre and State Governments can go ahead with exchange of land, excluding the Bison Polo Ground. (PMI
