Facts of the case:
The accused Rapole Naresh is native of Pallerla (V), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (Dist), Telangana. From six years he is working as a supervisor under Navasahasra Infra Developers, LB Nagar. As per advise of its managing partner by name Mahesh Kumar, used to collect amount from business people and remit at their company. He having contacts with Hawala money transport agents, used to transporting money through hawala racket from one place to another place and deliver to customers on commission basis .
On 26-10-2023 night hours as per the instructions of G. Mahesh Kumar (Managing partner of Navasahasra Infra Developers) the said Rapole Naresh came to Liberty and collected un accountable amount from a unknown person after collected amount while proceeding on his TVS Jupiter bearing Reg No. TS08FF7808 in order to deliver the amount to a customer, meanwhile apprehended him.
He is organizing illegal Hawala money transfer business clandestinely and supplying money to Hawala Brokers, particularly in Metropolitan Cities and used to communicate with others through Messages & Whatsapp chatting by maintaining a code of identification etc and used to deliver the hawala money in order to evade tax to the Income Tax Department and get commission on Hawala money transporting.
The apprehended accused Rapole Naresh along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Saifabad PS for further investigation.
The above arrest is made under the supervision of Smt. Nitika Pant, IPS. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri B.Raju Naik, Inspector of Police and SIs S.Sai Kiran, Ch.Naveen Kumar along with staff of Central Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad.(Press media of india)
