Hyderabad, Jathedar of Akal Takhat Saheb, Amritsar, Singh Saheb Gyani Gurbachan Singhji, Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (Dsgmc) President, Manjit Singh Gk will be in the City for inauguration of the newly constructed Gurudwara Saheb Barambala, Sikh Chawniat, Attapur here on January 28.
Addressing the media today, Prabhandak Cimmittee of Gurudwara Saheb, Barambala Chairman S Harbans Singh, President S Sukdev Singh, and Secretary S Ranveer Singh said that for the first time in the history of Hyderabad, Jathedars of major Sikh Takhats from across the country (which literally means seat of Sikh Authority) including Akal Takhat Sahieb and heads of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) will together be in the city for the inauguration of newly constructed Darbar Saheb of Gurudwara Saheb Barambala. They will also participate in the 388 Birthday celebrations of seventh Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Har Rai Sahebji on Sunday from 11.30 am to 2 pm where a Vishaal Deewan (Mass Congregation) will be organised at the Gurudwara premises.
Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Saheb, Amritsar,Singh Saheb Giani Gurbachan Singhji,Jathedar of Takhat Sri Keshgarh Saheb, Anandpur Saheb (Punjab), Singh Saheb Giani Raghbir Singhji, Jathedar of Takhat Sri Damdama Saheb (Punjab), Singh Saheb Giani Harpreet Singhji, Meet Jathedar,Takhat of Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Saheb, Nanded (Maharashtra), Singh Saheb, Giani Jyotinder Singhji, President, Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC), Manjeet Singh G K and others will participate in the Gurudwara inauaguration.
Apart from the Gurudwara inauguration, a “Vishaal Deewan” (Mass Congregation) from10.30 am to 4.30 pm at Gurudwara premises,Sikh Chawniat, Attapur followed by Nagar Keertan (Holy Procession) at 5 pm will be taken out at 5 pm from Gurudwara Saheb premises in which all Gurudwara from Telangana state would participate in the events.
Ragi Jathas Bhai Gagandeep Singh of Ganganagar, Rajasthan and Baba Dharamveer Singh Khalsa from Punjab will render shabad keertans and throw light on the teachings of Sikh Gurus.
