Green Festival” grandly in Cyberabad…

The staff planted more than 59 thousand saplings within the Commissionerate

Hyderabad ‘June 19 (PMI) as part of Telangana state birth decade celebrations, a grand “Harithotsavam” program was held at Cyberabad CP Office  on Monday, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate and all Police Stations and Traffic PSs. Cyberabad CP Mr. Stephen Ravindra, IPS., Sapota was the chief guest of the program. Harithotsavam program was started in Mokkanu Nati Commissionerate.

Along with the CP, Additional CP (Admin) Mr. Avinash Mahanty, IPS., Traffic Joint CP Mr. Narayan Naik, IPS., DCP Admin Mr. Yogesh Gautam, IPS., Women & Child Safety Wing DCP Ms. Nithika Pant, IPS., and EOW DCP. Mrs. Kavitha planted saplings.

On this occasion, CP Garu said that environmental protection is everyone’s responsibility and they want to protect the environment of plants. Everyone wants to know the importance of saying ‘Vriksho Rakshati Rakshitah’. He said that Telangana is at the top in the country in increasing green cover. Environmental protection is everyone’s responsibility and it is advised to make it a habit to plant saplings keeping in mind the future of the future generations. Planting is about creating a clean and pleasant environment. He said that everyone should plant saplings as suggested by the government. Everyone is advised to take the responsibility of protecting every plant planted. He said that it is necessary for everyone to recognize the responsibility of planting plants while providing a clean environment for future generations. Everyone should make it a tradition to plant saplings on birthdays, wedding anniversaries and gift saplings. With the intention of providing pure oxygen to the future generations, the state government has been planting saplings on a large scale in the Haritaharam program since last 10 years, he said. A total of 2000 people participated in the CP office. Sapota, Battai, Neredu, Teak, paper flowers/Bougainvillea Flowers have been planted in these. CP called upon the people to plant saplings as their own responsibility to increase the wealth of plants.

Balanagar Zone..
Under the direction of Balanagar Zone DCP Shri T Srinivas Rao, saplings will be planted in all sub-division ACP offices and police stations. On this occasion Balanagar Zone DCP Sri T Srinivas Rao said that 12000 saplings were planted as part of Harithotsavam programme.

Shamshabad Zone..
Shamshabad Law & Order DCP Narayan Reddy will plant saplings in all sub-divisions and police stations. 13000 saplings were planted as part of Harithotsavam programme. ADCPs, ACPs and inspectors enthusiastically planted saplings.

Rajendranagar Zone…
Under the direction of Rajendranagar Zone Law & Order DCP Jagadishwar Reddy saplings will be planted in all sub-divisions and police stations. 12000 saplings were planted as part of Harithotsavam programme. ADCPs, ACPs and inspectors enthusiastically planted saplings.

Medical zone..
Saplings will be planted in all sub-divisions and police stations under the direction of Medchal Zone Law & Order DCP Sandeep. As part of Harithotsavam programme, more than 10000 saplings were planted in Medchal zone. ADCPs, ACPs and inspectors enthusiastically planted saplings.(Press media of india)
