Hyderabad, December 28 (PMI) In Hyderabad—widely known across the world as the city of Wilayat-e-Ali (AS) and Aza-e-Hussain (AS)—the renowned Shia organisation Elia Theological Association will organise a grand 1400th birth anniversary celebration of Hazrat Qasim ibne Hasan (AS) titled
“Nau-Shah-e-Karbala Hazrat Qasim ibne Hasan (AS)”.
The sacred programme will be held on Monday, 8th Rajab (December 29) at 8:30 PM at Hussainiya Nawab Inayat Jung Bahadur.
The keynote address will be delivered by Maulana Syed Luqman Hussain Moosvi, while Allama ّAijaz Farruq will conduct the proceedings. The programme will begin with the recitation of Hadith-e-Kisa by Ghulam Murtaza Hussain.
Well-known reciters Mir Momine Ali Qaiser, Samsaam Ali, and Syed Hussain Abidi will present Qaseeda-khwani. Maulana Haider Zaidi will have the honour of presenting selected poetry of the late eminent poet (Aftab-e-Deccan), Allama Akhtar Zaidi.
Distinguished and invited Renowned poets, including Rashid Shaheedi, Mir Mohammad Ali Wafa, Mumtaz Danish, Hasan Abbas Ahsan, Alamdar Rizvi, Sajjad Nazar, Firaaz Rizvi, Ali Anjum Sadiq, Ali Mohsin Khan, Amir Ali Amir, Abbas Afandi, Ali Jawash Shahpar, Mujahid Ali Zafar, Jafar Ali Ajmal, and Yawar Ali Yawar will present poetic tributes in honour of Hazrat Qasim (AS).
At the conclusion of the programme, commemorative tabarruk will be distributed among the participants.
On this auspicious occasion of the luminous birth anniversary of Hazrat Qasim ibn Hasan (AS), the members of Elia Theological Association Hyderabad have extended heartfelt congratulations to all followers of Wilayat and to the court of Imam Mahdi (ATF), and have appealed to the faithful to attend this spiritually enriching gathering in large numbers.
