Govt will help farmers lost crops: Indrakaran

Hyderabad,  Housing and Endowment Minister A Indrakaran Reddy today there is no need of panic among the farmers who lost crops due to untimely rains in some segments. He said that he will make efforts to provide help from government to the farmers who lost their crops due to untimely rains in some districts. He spoke to officials and sought the details of crops loss. The officials informed that the crops in 10,770 acres were loss in Nirmal and Mudhole segments. He directed the collectors and officials concerned to make field level for assessment and send the details of crops lost to agriculture commissioner for further steps. The government will take necessary measures and provide help to the farmers, the minister added.
