: The GHMC has made arrangements for distribution of sarees on the occasion of Batukamma festival in the city.
The GHMC would distribute 7,66,983 sarees to woman during Bastukamma festival on September 18, 19 and 20. The sarees would be distributed through ration card shops from 9 am to 5pm.
The beneficiaries must bring Food Security Card along with the original Aadhar Card or any other photo ID proof at the time of taking saree for identification as well as for taking acknowledgement and no need of taking any Xerox copy of any card.
