Hyderabad, The GHMC will be adopting “TEAM” (Task Electronic Assessment and Monitoring) an online measurement recording and bill payment system for engineering works taken up by GHMC.
A software and mobile-app was developed and it covers all the activities for execution of engineering works.
In first phase post tendering activities such as handing over of site, execution of work, daily recording of measurements, uploading of photographs of the work and billing are covered. All the field engineers will be provided with e-Tablets for online recording of measurements of works, supervision and monitoring.
This system of online recording of measurement and bill payment will be first in the country by a Government organization.
During a meeting with all the engineers of GHMC held today itsCommissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy, gave instructions to adopt “TEAM” by the engineering wing of GHMC as early as possible due to inherent advantages of online computerized system.
He instructed that phase – I shall be rolled out positively by this month end. More than 400 engineers of GHMC from AE to CE and Examiners of Accounts, Financial Advisors and other Senior Officials attended the meeting.
