Hyderabad : Stating that Messrs Lodha Constructions Company has come up with the construction of Multi-Storied Apartments at KPHB Colony by Belleza, Meridian builders, the owners of the flats have met the GHMC Commissioner and complained that the constructions were being made against the sanctioned plan and explained the consequences of the constructions works.
Responding to their plea, Commissioner Dr B. Janardhan Reddy directed the managements of the construction company to furnish all details of the proposed construction within ten days to the GHMC. The representatives of the flat owners explained to the Commissioner that the space meant for parking, recreation facilities and so on were not being taken as per the plan and the provisions specified therein.
The Commissioner held a detailed meeting with the flat owners and the builders at GHMC Head Office today and directed the builders to construct the building as per the approved plan maintaining proper space for parking and recreation facilities. He also directed them to furnish all details before August 29.
Hari Chandana Dasari, Zonal Commissioner (West), Devender Reddy, Chief City Planner and senior officials of the Town Planning wing attended the meeting.
