Hyderabad, The Save Temples Organization has removed Ghazal Srinivas from his responsibility of campaigner as he was arrested in a woman sexual harassment case on January 2.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation president Velagapudi Prakashrao has issued a statement saying that the Foundation was started in 2006 aiming to protect Hindu Dharma with the help of NRIs. He said they were shocked at the incident took place in their Indian office. They said that Global Hindu Heritage Foundation, Save Temples Organizations would not tolerate the misuse of power, violation of ethical values. “Our Organisation’s Board of Directors unanimously took a resolution that we are suspending Gajal Srinivas with immediate effect as he was being arrested on the sexual harassment allegations against woman employee”, Velagapudi said.
It may be mentioned here that Punjagutta Police arrested Gajal Srinivas on the allegations of sexual harassment against a woman employee working with Save Temples Organization and produced in Nampally Court. The police shifted him to Chanchalguda jail as the Court imposed judicial remand up to January 12.
